Our Choice Client Program is perfect for landlords, property owners, or as a thoughtful gift to stay ahead of property maintenance with ongoing, reliable expert support.

For $95/month or $1140 for the year, you receive:

– a weekly 15-minute check-in call to discuss your property maintenance, with my expert advise on how to take care of short-term and long-term issues (This means you receive 52 check-in calls a year!)

– two “You dream it, I create it” consultation services, including one call and one on-site visit every 6 months to brainstorm and plan property projects together (This means you receive 4 of these personalized consults)

– 1 emergency service call with a waiver of the initial $250 flat fee to have me come to your property during an emergency property event,

– 4 priority scheduling events, meaning if you need me during a time I’m already booked, I will prioritize your needs.

This program has an annual value of $2,340, saving you 50% just for being a valued customer of Always There Property Care! 

To enroll, one quarter payment ($285) is required. Payments are billed on a monthly basis thereafter.

First-Time Homebuyer Program

Congratulations on your new home! We know this is a major milestone, and we’re here to help protect your investment.

As a first-time homebuyer, navigating home repairs and maintenance can feel overwhelming. Our First-Time Homebuyer Program is designed to ease the transition into homeownership by providing personalized handyman services tailored to your new home’s needs.

From routine maintenance to large upgrades and renovations, we help you understand your home’s systems and tackle any necessary repairs.

Our goal is to ensure your home is safe, functional, and ready for your new chapter, all while offering budget-friendly solutions and expert guidance along the way.

Our First-Time Homebuyer Program is also ideal for out-of-town loved ones who want to support a first-time homebuyer but can’t be there to help directly!

For $175/month or $2,100 for the year, you receive:

– automatic enrollment in our Choice Client Program (read all the benefits above)

– one 30-minute monthly check-in call in order to keep track of and support property maintenance projects you have going on (that’s 12 calls per year)

This program has an annual value of $4,200, saving you 50% on expert property guidance. 

To enroll, one quarter payment ($525) is required. Payments are billed on a monthly basis thereafter.
