Payment & Terms

General Payment Terms

  • All appointment fees must be paid in full before the scheduled call or on-site visit.
  • Any additional labor hours will be billed in 30-minute increments if appointments run over the scheduled time, with a minimum of 1 hour added.
  • Material expenses will be added to the final invoice and must be paid upon project completion.
  • Invoices are available upon request.

Late Payments

  • Unpaid labor and material expenses after project completion will incur a 9% increase in the total balance if not paid within 6 days.
  • After 13 days, the rate will rise to 15%, with additional daily increases.
  • Checks should be made payable to “Always There Property Care LLC.”

Large-Scale Projects

  • For larger projects, a 50% deposit is required for estimated labor hours, with the remaining labor balance due upon project completion.
  • 100% of estimated material costs must be paid upfront with the deposit.
  • Any additional material costs incurred during the project will be billed and must be paid as expenses are accrued.
  • Upon agreeing to the project, a contract outlining terms, schedules, and a deposit will be provided.

Policy & Service Terms

  • Travel & Appointment Times: Appointment times include travel to and from our Providence office to your project location. For example, if it takes 15 minutes each way for a 4-hour appointment, the on-site time will be 3 hours and 30 minutes. Time spent sourcing materials is also deducted from booked time.
  • Client-Supplied Materials: We are not responsible for issues arising from client-purchased materials. If materials are incompatible, additional time and costs will be required to source replacements.
  • Additional Expenses: Costs outside the pre-arranged project scope will be billed separately and must be paid daily to prevent delays in project completion.
  • Overdue Balances: Any unpaid balances will incur a 9% increase after 6 days and a 15% increase after 13 days, continuing with daily increments thereafter.
  • Work Documentation: We reserve the right to take photos of our work for marketing purposes. Rest assured, your personal information, property address, or any identifiable features will not be disclosed. A small sign may be placed on your property while work is being done.
  • Guarantees: Select projects may include a workmanship guarantee, discussed and agreed upon prior to starting the project. Materials provided by Always There Property Care LLC are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • We work based on client needs, with scheduling managed via Calendly for your convenience. For emergency requests, please contact our office or reach out directly to Ben at (203) 843-3336.

Contract Terms

For larger projects, a detailed contract will be provided, covering service schedules, response times, and termination terms. We aim for transparency and smooth project management from start to finish.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and transparently. Our goal is to ensure a hassle-free experience, with open communication throughout the project.

By agreeing to these terms, you enter into a binding agreement with Always There Property Care LLC. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us in advance following our cancellation schedule below. Cancellations made within this timeframe will allow us to accommodate other clients and reschedule your project without any fees.
